The Tundra is a barren or treeless land. There are no trees because the ground is permenently frozen.

It lies on mountain-slopes and bare rocky ground.

Climate

The climite is very cold and snowy, and there is very little precipitation.

Cracks in the ground are regular, usually in the shape of a pollygons.

Water

Their water supply comes from streams, bogs, and lakes.
