Identifying the differet kinds of tessellations.

This is a picture of a very hard tessellation to make.  If you look really hard you will see the patten that is translated over and over again. the green ones are the middle of the tessellation.  This tessellation is a semiregular tessellation.

Each vertex has some polygons around it, the interior angles =360 degrees.

Wow! This is a really complex tessellation! It looks like it is a regular tessellation with a pattern inside each hexagon. It's hard to tell.
The site you linked to is a great resource that you'll want to check back to when you start your project.
