Area of Triangles and Parallelograms
Learning Target- Develop a formula for finding the area of triangles and parallelograms.
Example-
Let's say the base of this parallelogram is 3 inches, and the height is 2 inches. You would then do: 3 multiplied by 2, and you would get 6 inches.
Let's say the base of his triangle is 2 inches, and the height is 4 inches. You would then do: 2 multiplied by 4 divided by 2, and you would get 4.
